- Do you own your home or rent? If you live with relatives (for example mom or dad) the person who owns the home will have to sign the adoption contract.
- If you rent your home, does your landlord allow pets?

- If you move from your current home to a home that does not allow pets, what will happen to your cat or kitten?
- How soon do you want to adopt?
- How will you introduce your new cat into your home? How will you introduce your cat if you have other animals (a dog, bird, rabbit, etc) or young children?
